To get a Buyback, you’ll need 100 points of ID including primary ID like a passport or drivers license, plus a proof of address document (like a power bill or phone bill) that is less than three months old.

I have a bad credit rating. Can I still get a Buyback?

Yes. A credit check isn’t required. Your credit rating will not be affected if you get a Buyback, and also won't be affected if you can't / don't pay back the re-purchase amount.

When are fees added to my Buyback?

If you take out a Buyback on the 1st of January, you will owe the purchase amount plus one month of fees and charges up until and including the 1st of February. You have until the 1st of February to pay the re-purchase amount of the Buyback to redeem your item.

Can I extend my Buyback?

Yes, you can extend your Buyback by paying one month's fees and charges. Each time you pay a month’s fees and charges, your Buyback will extend by an additional month. You can make payments in-store, via My Loans or online. If you can't make a payment by your re-purchase date, you can contact the store for assistance.

What happens if I don’t pay the Buyback?

If you don’t make your monthly fees and charges or respond to contact from us, we will keep your item in lieu of a Buyback re-payment. You won’t be contacted by debt collectors and your credit rating won’t be affected.

If I don’t pay the Buyback, can I get another Buyback if I need it?

Yes, you can. We’ll work with you to understand any issues that prevented you from paying off your last Buyback, to assist you in getting your next item back.

I still have a Buyback with you, but I have just had an unexpected bill come up. Can I have more than one Buyback going at the same time?

You can have more than one active Buyback, though it’s important to be aware of the total amount you owe and when the re-purchase date is.
