Introducing Cashies Rewards

Cashies Rewards is Cash Converters customer loyalty program. You earn points on eligible in-store purchases and can use those points as a discount on future purchases. The Cashies Rewards app allows you to view your points balance, Rewards Card, account details and purchase activity.

You must be an Australian resident over 18 years of age.

To join the Cashies Rewards program, just visit your local Cash Converters store or download the Cashies Rewards app.  

You’ll earn points on eligible retail purchases every time you shop in-store at your local Cash Converters. For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point. For every 100 points you earn, you have $1 to redeem.

When you’re ready to make a purchase in-store at your local Cash Converters, show your Cashies Rewards card in the app at the counter. Our friendly staff will confirm how many points you’d like to use as part of your purchase and the discount will be applied instantly. The minimum amount to redeem is 100 points.

Yes. You will need to download the Cashies Rewards app, register and verify your email address before you will be able to redeem any points.

The minimum amount of Cashies Rewards points that can be used to redeem in-store is 100 points. 

Your Cashies Rewards points balance is visible from the Home screen of the Cashies Rewards app.

Yes, Cashies Rewards points do expire. You have 6 months to use your points. After that time, any Rewards points that have not been redeemed will expire. Expired points will be removed on the 1st day of the following month.

No, you can only earn Cashies Rewards points in-store on eligible retail purchases at your local Cash Converters.

Any transaction (both to earn and redeem points) that has been made in-store where you have shown your Cashies Rewards card at the counter, can be seen in the Activity screen of the Cashies Rewards app.

Sometimes points can take up to 24 hours to appear in the app – but if you have concerns that your points are missing, please contact your local Cash Converters store where you made your purchase or redemption.

No. Cashies Rewards points cannot be earned on, or redeemed towards, layby purchases. Points may only be earned and redeemed on eligible in-store purchases paid for in full at the time of purchase.

No, Cashies Rewards has its own login and account. You will need to download the Cashies Rewards app and register for the Cashies Rewards program.

Yes, you can download the Cashies Rewards app and register an account before visiting a store. However, you will need to show your Cashies Rewards card when you make an eligible retail purchase in-store to earn any Cashies Rewards points.

Yes, you will need to show your Cashies Rewards card (that is found within the app) to our friendly staff when redeeming any points in-store.

Your purchases and Rewards points activity will usually appear within a few minutes in the Activity screen in the app, but this can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you can’t see your transactions immediately, try again tomorrow.

While the Cashies Rewards app does not hold the full details of a Receipt - the Activity screen in the app will show all your transactions that are linked to your Cashies Rewards card. You can use these transactions as proof of purchase for any Cashies Warranty claims.
