Cash Converters uses an Entrupy device to scan microscopic pictures of the item into the Entrupy system*. These images are compared against known real and fake designer items to determine if the item is authentic. Entrupy’s technology sees things that people can’t with the naked eye – making it almost impossible for even the best fakes to sneak through. All our jewellery is professionally cleaned, polished, tested and many pieces are also sent to an independent jeweller for a valuation certificate. Many of our luxury watches are independently valued and come with a valuation certificate or authenticity card. Because these goods are pre-loved, inclusions can vary, check the listing you're interested in to see whether it comes with a valuation certificate, authenticity card, or the original box and papers. How do you determine the price of the designer goods?

There are lots of factors that go into valuing your luxury pieces including whether it is authentic, its condition, supply and demand, seasonality, age, and location. If you’re unsure, just reach out to us in-store or submit a What’s it Worth request to get an initial quote for your item.

How do you ship these items?

Cash Converters will send your item via Australia Post. Your shipping options will be calculated and provided at the time of checkout, so you can select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Regular and express postage options are available. What kind of warranty policy do you offer?

Unlike person-to-person purchases on online marketplace platforms, most items sold by Cash Converters are covered by our Cashies 90-day warranty. This means if an item becomes faulty within 90 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair. If you have any questions about the applicable warranty on a designer piece, please contact the store where the item is listed or was purchased.
