Return Policy
The item is tested and has 30 days warranty. Full refund and Exchanges will only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown.

Any item/s returned should be in a reasonable and good condition. It would be the client’s expense for return postage and the client’s responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packed and protected during the delivery. Any item/s damaged and lost during the delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges will not be given if the client:
-change their minds such as they have no use for it, no longer needed etc.
-damage, tamper, break the item/goods
-had the defect stated to their attention before buying (for instance, when goods were labelled as used, or faults were clearly mentioned or stated etc)
-examine the goods before buying and ought to have seen any obvious fault
