For the purpose of these Terms:
Cash Converters means Cash Converters Pty Ltd (ABN 75 009 288 804).
Cash Converters Kallangur means the store located at Unit 2/1404 Anzac Avenue, Kallangur QLD 4503.
Competition means the “Kallangur Buys & Loans” Competition.
Competition Period means the period from 9.00am (AEST) 1 April 2025 to 5pm (AEWT) 30 April 2025.
Entrant means a person who submits an Entry to the Competition in compliance with the Eligibility Rules.
Entry means an instance where an Entrant’s details were entered into the competition, subject to these Terms.
Excluded Persons means:
Prize means thirteen (13) $50 EVERYDAY Wish Gift Cards subject to any qualifications set out in these Terms.
Prize Winner means each of the 13 Entrants with a Prize Winning Entry.
Prize Winning Entry means an Entry selected by Cash Converters to win a Prize.
Terms means these terms and conditions.
Eligibility Rules
1. In order to be eligible to enter, the Entrant must:
a) agree to the Terms;
b) be a natural person aged 18 years or over;
c) be an Australian resident.
d) not be an Excluded Person;
e) provide a correct name, valid home address, valid email address and daytime contact phone number;
f) comply with the conditions set out at paragraph 6, below.
2. If there is a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of an Entrant, Cash Converters reserves the right, in its absolute and unfettered discretion, to determine the eligibility of the Entrant.
3. The Competition will be open to Entrants for the duration of the Competition Period.
4 .Only Entries received during the Competition Period will be acceptable for consideration as a Prize Winning Entry by Cash Converters.
Entry to the Competition
5. To have a valid Entry In the Competition, the Entrant must have sold or loaned against an item valued at $50 or more to Cash Converters Kallangur store,during the Competition Period to gain entry to the draw during the Competition Period.
6. The number of Entries is limited to one (1) per person.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, where something is said to be of a certain ‘value’, such value is determined by Cash Converters in its sole discretion.
Determination of Winner
8. Cash Converters acting in its absolute and unfettered discretion, will select 3 Entries per week for 4 weeks on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (with the exception of Monday 1st April) in accordance with the following schedule:
a) Wednesday, 2 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
b) Friday, 4 April 2025 at 9am AWST: and
c) Monday, 7 April 2025 at 9am AWST.
d) Wednesday, 9 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
e) Friday, 11 April 2025 at 9am AWST: and
f) Monday, 14 April 2025 at 9am AWST.
g) Wednesday, 16 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
h) Thursday, 17 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
i) Tuesday 22 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
j) Wednesday 23 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
k) Friday, 25 April 2025 at 9am AWST:
i) Monday, 28 February 2025 at 9am AWST
m) Wednesday, 30 April 2025 at 9am AWST.
Prize Conditions
9. The Prize Winner will receive the 1 EVERYDAY Wish Gift Card to the value of $50.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or a partial credit.
11. The Prize will be collected by the Winner from Cash Converters Kallangur.
12. If the Prize Winner is unable to be contacted after 3 attempted phone calls over the course of a day, a prize draw will be conducted at time 10am (AEST) each day after the prize has been drawn. For the avoidance of doubt, if prize is unclaimed from Monday 7th of April a redraw will be conducted the following day at 10am.

General Conditions
14. The Prize Winner will be notified via phone call.
15. The Prize Winner must be available to redeem their prize at Cash Converters Kallangur.
16. The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the selection of their Entry as the Prize Winning Entry does not represent or confer any endorsement or sponsorship of the Entrant by Cash Converters.
17. In its absolute and unfettered discretion, Cash Converters reserves its right to, at any time:
a) verify the validity of Entries and Entrants (including an Entrant's legal identity, age and place of residence);
b) invalidate any Entry received from an Entrant who is subsequently determined to be ineligible or disqualified under these Terms; or
c) disqualify an Entrant or modify, suspend or terminate the Competition or Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law and may consider doing so in the event of either interference to the conduct of the Competition or change of circumstances that was not reasonably anticipated and is beyond the reasonable control of Cash Converters.
18. By participating in the Competition, the Entrant:
a) Consents to Cash Converters and its contractors or agents to collect, use and disclose personal information about the Entrant information in accordance with Cash Converters Privacy Policy (which can be found at: http://www.cashconverters.com.au/privacypolicy) to Cash Converters, its contractors and agents, for the purpose of conducting the Competition; and
b) Grants Cash Converters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and reproduce their photo including without limitation, in any online media formats and through any social media channels, pages or accounts (Licence);
c) may revoke the Licence at any time by contacting Cash Converters directly through our relevant social media channels, accounts, or socialmedia.au@cashconverters.com and informing Cash Converters that they no longer want their photo used.
19. To the extent permitted by law, Cash Converters Kallangur and Cash Converters (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (whether in contract or tort) for any personal injury; economic loss or damages (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way through the Competition out of the following:
a) any technical difficulties, operational failures or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Cash Converters);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry form that is late submitted, lost, altered, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by Cash Converters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Cash Converters.
d) any variation in the Prize's particulars or value to that stated in these Terms; or
e) any tax liability incurred by the Prize Winner or Entrant.
20. The decision of Cash Converters in relation to any aspect of the Competition will be final and binding.
21. Failure by Cash Converters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
